On a Mac, you can use Finder to install the new navdata or terrain data. Just connect your device to your Mac, open finder and click on your device. Under the "Files" tab you should see iFMS listed, you can drag & drop the new file onto the iFMS entry. It will be copied to the iFMS shared files folder.

After this you click on "File Sharing" on the left of the screen, you will then see the apps that have file sharing enabled on the right side of the screen. iFMS should be listed. Click on the iFMS icon and a list with "iFMS Documents" will appear, drag & drop the new file here.
